Arrival and Departure Procedures
Directions: Follow signs to Gatwick Airport from all major roads. On your way to the airport we ask that you call prior to arrival to confirm that you will be there at the time stated on your booking form, the driver can only wait for 20 minutes. If you are running late, please let us know as early as possible.
Arrival: When you reach the Terminal the driver will help you with your baggage and store your car for you. You will be issued with a receipt which you must retain until you retain.
Departure: On your return we ask that you call to confirm your return once you have collected your baggage from the carousel. When you exit the Terminal the driver will meet you with your car. You must present your receipt in order to collect your vehicle.
